‡ Essai multicentrique ouvert sur l’efficacité pharmacocinétique et hémostatique chez 17 patients atteints de troubles héréditaires de la coagulation. Les patients ont reçu Octaplasma® comme traitement de substitution pour les procédures à risque d’hémorragie (n = 14 chirurgie élective, n = 2 accouchement vaginal, n = 1 chirurgie d’urgence). Efficace : la perte de sang réelle n’a pas dépassé la quantité attendue et aucune complication hémorragique n’est survenue; Partiellement efficace : lorsque les pertes de sang dépassaient celles attendues par < 50 % ou lorsque de légères complications hémorragiques ont été observées.10 [SANTAGOSTINO p.635A]
